It's not that bad, since you're not really stealing anything, just playing games from another region.
For me, the one attractive thing about the PS3 is region-free gaming, I wish Microsoft and NIntendo had done the same (although the PS3 does have region locking for movies, another thing which sucks). However, I didn't buy the freeloader because I suspected it would only be a matter of time before it got blocked.
