The Wii U version's framerate was variable, especially in multiplayer.

If it helps your morals, Hyrule Warriors Definitive Edition comes with all DLC and all extras from both Hyrule Warriors (Wii U) and Hyrule Warriors Legends (3DS), so you aren't really paying $60 for an old game, but rather $30-40 and the rest goes to all the DLC and extras. It's a really massive $60 package. 10 hours of story mode, several adventure mode maps that each take 20-30 hours to complete and a challenge mode that adds another 10 hours of unique battles. If you think that 120-150 hours before repeat play is factored into aren't enough, then your standards should probably prohibit you from buying any game.

It's not really about the amount of time I could put in the game. It already had a reputation for being a big game before it's DLC came out. It has more to do with not liking ... well ... I think it's obvious what my problem with supporting this game is if you've seen any comment I've made about ports.

However!

I completely forgot about the DLC and just how much content that brings. Plus Child Link .... Child Link!!! I think I'll just have to crumble and get this one, since I really wanted it on Wii U too, and I could use some more hack n' slash games
