I think PS4 is currently peaking while Switch is barely getting started. Almost like comparing apples and oranges with how different Switch and PS4 are and how far apart they were released. And America has always had a fondness for Xbox moreso than other major markets so it's not too surprising to see MS narrowly claim 2nd here in the US.

Kind of a down time for Switch, a good chunk of Q1 and Q2 are littered with ports, re-releases, and "B" level Nintendo games like Kirby and Mario Tennis. The effect of the big game changers like Zelda (and Mario Odyssey to an extent) are wearing off. There still hasn't been enough time for most major third parties to jump on board with games that aren't ports yet because I'm sure the vast majority assumed the Switch would fail, so once that changes that will help somewhat too.
