DICE revamping Battlefront 2 progression, microtransactions return for cosmetics only

Hate to say it because this is a good update, but it might be too little too late. The damage is likely already done, and it’s unlikely that the next Battlefront (should there be one) will not see that much commercial success so long as it has EA’s stamp on it. That being said though, I personally may finally pick this one up since EA and DICE are at least showing they’re willing to change a very crappy system.
