Its 80 levels in an all-new campaign. Then, you get the Octolings as a reward. Plus, bonus gear. I think its arguable that its worth $20. Whether it is or not, tough to tell at this point since we can only go by the little gameplay footage.

I think eventually they would have had to decided on paid DLC since they've been on the free updates train for quite some time and even going back to the first game, including new gear, new (and old) stages, new rankings, and a new multiplayer mode.

Well, 80 lvls indeed is a lot of levels. That and the Octo gear changes things.
