While Indian films are unlikely to see much success outside their home country, there are a still countries other than the US that do produce films that release worldwide. European, Chinese, South Korean and Japanese made films have all had success to varying degrees in the past. Hollywood has often copied foreign films and made their own versions of them too.

I think China's film industry is larger than the US.
