It's very impressive. If Odyssey shipped 9m in 2 months and 3D Mario is always smaller than Smash since GameCube, I wonder how much Smash will sell this year. O.o

Smash is after Pokémon the series with the biggest launch ever for Nintendo. Super Smash Bros Brawl is TOP 3 biggest debut ever for the exclusives, just after Halo games (3.3 million) and on par with Sun/Moon (2.7 million).

 

Smash Bros 5 could have a 2 million debut in NPD and may ship 10-12 million in 2018
