Not saying that Europe is perfect cause it definitely is not but on this front you are totally wrong, it's actually the other way around, you have stuff in the US that would be LITERALLY ILLEGAL in Europe, stuff that is perfectly "normal" in the US
like BET...
Black Entertainment Television would be ILLEGAL in Europe because in Europe you cannot start a TV channel that in the very name excludes a race. Just as you cannot have a TV Station called Entertainment for White people... But the US is so fractured racially speaking that starting a company that serves (and therefore discriminates) one race over another is considered normal.
And this is not an attack on BET, I get it that considering the very racist history of the US, that the black community wants to affirm themselves with channels like BET, I'm just saying this would be not just frowned upon in the EU, but downright illegal.
