Given that Nintendo dosent have an established first party FPS game, poutside of Metroid Prime when they feel like making, I personally would prefer that they made a new IP of such kind rather than to put Mario yet again into another genre.Its simply has a potential to be a better game, not being tied to any specific criteria or expectation of sorts.
My (locked) thread about how difficulty should be a decision for the developers, not the gamers.
