PS Plus: Only PS4 Games Starting Next Year

I thought they were going to increase the numbers of PS4 games.  So instead of 6 games every month (average), it's going to be 3 (two PS4 games and 1 PSVR)?.

Totally fine with it, if those two games are actual AA or AAA titles.
