And seem like you never seem how easy is to confuse someone just by wearing a cap and glasses, to say a common hijab can't deceive normal look out. If it didn't impair the recognition no one would be demanded to take the mugshots without it.

A cap and sun  glasses is way more concealing  then a normal hijab, normal hijab is only meant to cover the hair. they have to change the law, where you can not cover your face, thats fair. even so, are they gonna make a law where you can't wear a cap, or sun glasses.

Cap cover less than hijab (which covers also the ears, some neck and can somewhat change your face proportions because of reference), and sunglasses sure cover a lot and can be used with hijab.
