I have a hard time believing that they cant make a smaller version by Fall 2019. Isnt the Tegra X2 the same power as the X1 with half the energy consumption?
As for buttons, Vita had 2 sticks, 4 face buttons, D-pad, start, select, home, 2 shoulders & touch pads on the back.
You're making it out to be way harder than it really is to make a Switch Mini.
