Nintendo France CEO only said "we sold above 1 million units last week" and the newspaper was published this monday morning, so it's arround february 15.

 

It's quicker than PS4 by the way, which reached 1 million unit sold in 13 months

according to vgchartz its on the track by the end of the feb, maybe you should ask them whats going on.
