Good thing I read the OP and not just the title of the OP or I would have answered something like: Well X like the other 25 letters of the alphabet are not really an issue over here so I'm totally good with X.
Healthcare in Belgium is not bad but to be honest it's not what it was 20 years ago. There are less and less drugs that are refunded by healthcare and the ones that are, well the part that is refunded is shrinking over time. yet taxes don't go down so one has to wonder where the money goes...
As for gun control, it's not really an issue over here. It's technically possible to acquire a gun but it's very hard and it's not something people are interested to do like in the US. So I'd say that so far it's a non issue over here and I hope that won't change.
