Or it could be the fact that Sony made a new headset that is cheaper to produce, as they ramped up the production. Sales are accelerating as is worldwide VR adaption. There are dozens of new headsets coming out or have come out already. Cheap ones as well, so there is more market pressure. VR is just starting to take off.
