I'm actually thinking of getting this on my way home from work today. I know the sale is for $200, but I'm probably going to spend much more than that, what with games and stuff. I saw on Reddit that it requires HDMI 2.0 cables, and I'm hoping that's something I already have at home, although I do not know for sure.

How badly do I need Move controllers? Assuming that none of them come with the system that's another $100 for 2 of them.

EDIT: Just looked into some of the bundles. There's a Skyrim bundle with everything I need, except I wish it was a different game instead (I already own the game several times over).

I can definitely recommend getting the Skyrim bundle. The Moves aren’t the best controllers but they’re basically essential for some of the coolest games and experiences, although only mandatory for some. You could try to get some used ones instead but I assume those aren’t that cheap either anymore.

If you love Skyrim I’m sure you’ll love the game, regardless if you’ve already played it. It’s an awe inspiring experience to suddenly BE in that world and shit yourself from dragons, spiders and mammoths approaching ;))

Just be sure to turn of teleporting and take it slow....it’s not really a VR beginner’s game. If you start to feel weird, better take a short break...don’t try to push through it.

The camera is definitely essential, so if you don’t own one yet, it doesn’t make sense to get the headset only.
