Like i said before ps4 did regular JAN, it seems DBZ, and MHW didn't have a major boost or maybe they did and ps4 is in decline, but based on the info we have, and 5 weeks, ps4 had a average January  in terms of sales. 

DBZ and MHW definitely gave some boost to PS4 sales, without those releases PS4 would sold less. Again, fact that Switch had only Indies and again sold better than PS4 that had MHW and DBZ, is very impressive in any case.
