umm  xbox destroyed switch in november, was close in December which is nintedno main month, and was close in January  with out discounts, i think xbox is taking February based on this trend. 

And it lost to PlayStation.  I specifically said it did not win a single month in 2017 and it didnt.  Sony or Nintendo won.  It claimed second, what, a couple times?  Or was it once?  And Microsoft tried multiple times during the year with deals and bundles.  Nothing worked outside November and even then it wasn't enough to topple Playstation.  I highly doubt that has changed.  So I highly doubt Xbone will win February when our most reliable indicator says it will not and the pattern for the last 12 months has been for it to lose, no matter what they tried.

And there's a sale, yes.  But nothing compared to their insane deals in 2014 or their black friday push.  But believe whatever you want.  Just know the odds are pretty definitively stacked against you and if you dig your heels in on this you are likely to be once again called out for being wrong.
