I honestly dont think so.
I think a docked Switch is more powerfull than the GDP Win 2.

Looks like a full speed "Intel HD 615" is around 403 Gflops.... I still think its weaker than the Switch though.

Kingdom Come: Deliverance (1280x720) (lowest) = 8 fps avg
Fortnite (1280x720) (lowest) = 35 fps
Need for Speed Payback (1280x720) (lowest) =9 fps
Call of Duty WWII (1280x720) (lowest) =15 fps
AC:O (1280x720) (lowest) = 7 fps
Destiny 2 (1280x720) (lowest) = 8 fps
^ you get the idea, its kinda terribad and slow.
