I totally agree. If you take an African baby and put him in Europe and raise him as a European, he will grow up talking, acting and behaving exactly like a European. It's the environment we grow up in that makes us who we are. There are no biological differences between us.
And if there are, as someone else has already said, they aren't big enough to really mean anything.
I also believe the food and water we grow up on makes a difference. If you grow up in a area where the water is dirtier, air is dirtier and food is not of high quality, you're probably going to grow up a tad "dumber" than someone who grew up on clean water, air, and high quality food.
