A good write up, we'll discuss Age of Ultron plot holes more when it comes but keep in mind in this idea and statement that essentially this has been done now 3 times in the Marvel films. It's an over used cliche and that happened in the span of a few years in the films universe when it might have happened as many times in the comic universe is 50 years.
