You won't get native 4k games with 8tf in 2020 unless game engines dont evolve and games wont be pushing past 2013 standards. Technology will always evolve and expect huge leaps again with Engines like Unreal Engine etc. Current gen games on a standard PS4/XB1 struggle to hit 1080p without sacifices.
If you are happy to play games at sub par specs again at 4k than maybe 8tf will do. They will need alot more grunt to find a happy medium at 2160.
