Its for Famitsu top 100, they are Japan.  Seems you didn't read either.

It was Dengeki that reported that the Switch version sold more, there is a difference between the tracking of the two.

Currently, Famitsu have Fifa 18 on Switch around 75k and Media Create have >80k.
