Very sure those regions where also left out when they did that announcement. If the 13M in the quarterly report is without those regions despite having a whole month to compute the numbers, then for sure the 10M announcement, which came just a couple of days after it happened, is missing them as well.

they never stated that in there press release, nothing was excluded.
