Secret of Mana and Earthbound don't technically count, since Secret of Mana is Seiken Densetsu 2, and the first was on Game Boy, and Earthbound is Mother 2, and the first one was on NES.

I put those on the list because at least on the west they were marketed as new IPs,but yes you are right.
