i honestly think nintendo is hiding the exact figures because they are no longer the fastest selling console anymore. they sure didn't exclude any region in the 10 million announcement, it shouldn't be hard to get internal sales figures. sony does it all the time, and nintendo did it December.

Honestly that's pretty much their last concern right now. Switch doing amazing and I really don't think that's what is holding them back.

its not uncommon practice, they just announced fastest selling console ever, so they might to keep the data on the low for a while, if they are no longer the fastest. also for the new page.

i have the ultimate proof you are way over tracking switch, sony announced more then 70.6 million as of december 3. nintendo announced  announced 10 million as of december 10, sony went on to sell 3 million for the holidays with there 73.6 announcement ,so basically nintendo out sold ps4 by 400k, with also a week missing which is around 800-900k of sales, that makes 0 sense. and your data says switch out sold ps4 by 560k not 1.3 mllion.
