I've adjusted the Switch down slightly in Europe. Still well above where it was before the adjustments I did yesterday. 

ok so i have the ultimate proof you are way over tracking switch, sony announced more then 70.6 million as of december 3. nintendo announced  announced 10 million as of december 10, sony went on to sell 3 million for the holidays with there 73.6 announcement ,so basically nintendo out sold ps4 by 400k, with also a week missing which is around 800-900k of sales, that makes 0 sense.
