Nah, a more powerful Switch will be out well before 2025. Only different form factors I see could come are Mini and Docked. Your idea for the XL is interesting as it gets rid of the issue of the thing already being obviously quite large, however I'm not sure that on the technical side a nigh bezel-less switch is a viable option?
