Of course this thread collapses lmao

I honestly will continue to avoid complaining and just appreciate life. How about y’all go to Saudi Arabia for a month and come back to talk about how devastated the US is

People have always been assholes - we simply see it more often (and on an extreme level) thanks to the internet.

Oh you talk like the people in 2005 when Erdogan just started to divide Turkey. You will see how america will look like in 5 years. Like i said i am seeing the  same arguments what erdogan did and the same reactions from both sides. Very sad. Such a nice nation.

Your inability to differentiate both Turkey and the United States is concerning (to say the least).

Turkey’s government was corrupted in a manner which gave Erdogan powers capable of dismantling the democratic roots Turkey began to grow for some time. In the United States we’ve always seen division and issues, but never have we seen a president dismantle a system intended to keep a country free.

youre talking about the Middle East after all. Instead of just dismissing my statement as ‘one of those people’, realizing twelve years is a lot of time and that the US is completely different should address your criticism. Keep in mind 2002 was over a decade ago - we may not even have trump for half a decade
