Each graph has a line that spans 47 weeks. It can be ruled out that week 47 is the result of rounding. The figures of Media Create (Japan) and NPD (USA and Canada) line up with the graphs, so all decimals being .5m is merely coincidence.

we will know soon enough in NPD. all we can conclude from this is the 13 million figure is as of now, because nintendo states this, and they have reported numbers before out side of the briefing period.
