Tbh if MS were to ever buy EA I don't think it will make much difference to Nintendo as most EA games don't come to their platform anyway and the ones that do have little impact, EA have never really had much presence on Nintendo platforms.
For Sony however it could be a big complication as sports titles and the likes of BF would be MS exclusive and the latter would be like an exclusive COD for MS.
