MS buying Valve out seems too perfect as a buisness deal. Valve is one of my all time favourite companies next to Blizzard however there old and they dont make games anymore. MS can merge there Live Store with Steam and every Windows user will have Steam built in. It would be expensive but Valve is a small company and not housing many staff. They probably want to retire now. A big enough pay check might convince them and the future of Windows/Steam will remain safe.
That would hurt Apple.
