Besides, if he really wanted to talk about BotW or any other game, I'm sure he could find a way without using any assets. Also, despite what he says, other youtubers don't seem to mind much, as I've seen reviews from several others already.

Oh yeah, he did, which just makes this video seem even more silly. Joe, who often criticizes for these practices and has little to no love for this company put that aside just this once so he could simply share his love for the game. Yet, this guy despite saying how much he enjoyed it can't do the same and just spends a whole video condemning Nintendo for it.
