In my opinion it makes more sense for Nintendo to port Wii U games. And it also allows us to play those Wii U games and 3rd party games on the go like never before. Obviously Nintendo and third party devs sees this as a good opportunity to port games. 

Sales of previous console doesn't matter. 7.1 billion people didn't have a PS3 so you could say the remaster would appeal to those people :)

Like I said earlier PS4 remasters feature better graphics and framerate for us to play the superior version of the game like you want to play the portable version. See how it goes. There is no defending one and criticising the other.

So what is the problem here? The PS4 got those ports early on, but now it is getting and have gotten lots of awesome games = Very High Sales. The Switch could do the same. And maybe that is why people are defending it.
