Isnt it at the end of the Japanese business day when results are posted followed by the presentation the following morning?

Here in Illinois thats middle of the night for financial results and early evening for presentation.

If I remember last time correctly, I saw people posting results on forums before 1:00AM PST

...But, maybe I am remembering that wrong.
