Why are a handful of VR users so adamant?

I can't speak for everyone but the way I see it is like going watching Matrix for the first time. For many it blew away their senses and it went beyond their elevations. These people felt the need to share their enthusiasm and discovery with others. Obviously not everyone will feel that way.
