If Nintendo got more consistent third party support, would the third party sell more than the first party?

What about releasing a system where 3rd party console titles can be played on the go instead of making a system which is basically a low-powered PS/Xbox ?

There is still a huge power gap, and it's why many third party games are not on switch. so nintendo really doesn't care to make life easy for third party's.
