I have had to work with my paycheck delayed ranging from 1 month to over 3 months during 2 years (always without any certainty that I would ever receive), let that sink in... and most of the federal workers will receive without working after the bill is approved, so the taxpayers are at even worse loss since they will pay for service not received.
