Yep that's a major part of my point.

Doesn't really say much since  mario 3d world sold about the same in a shorter time frame, since it came out later, plus NSMW wiiu  had a huge advantage of being a launch game, not mention mario kart 8 destroyed them both in sales, coming out much later on wiiu.
