Sry I dont understand you, Switch is a hybrid not portable. And and whats more important Switch is receiving full home console games same like home consoles.

There is no natural evolution of Vita games, Switch is actualy evolution of Wii U, Switch is getting full AAA home console ports of PS4/XB1 games also, that doesn't have anything with Vita.

I said switch is portable. You can't argue that. What don't you understand?
