Wow.... 300+ posts after only a few hours. Nintendo Labo sure made an impression in the videogame community
I think some people are just overthinking about it. It´s clearly a product aimed at kids, Nintendo even didn´t build any hype over it . In their hand-on events to be promoted in New York and San Francisco, admissions are accepted only for parents with kids between 6-12 years old.
It´s definetely not a product for "gamers"... although I can see some grown-ups buying one or two of those kits as collectibles. And I can see many people showing-off their customized Labos just as many did with amiibos.
As a toy that combines an assemble cardboard kit with a video-game.... I think this concept is really interesting. I just don´t see it making a huge impact as Wii Sports did.
