PS4 sells 6m in Japan

Japan allows ps4 to get a ton of Japanese exclusives in the West. Games that don't appear on its main rival the xbox one. It's very important for ps4 to have this. Japan sales really do matter.

PS3 also had ton of Japense explosives in the West, also those games did not appeared on Xbox One. Again, point is that today Japanese big games are selling much better in West than they are selling in Japan compared to previous generations.

True.  But you cant deny that the main reason it's selling well in Japan due to it being more on the portable side.  I doubt the Switch will sell as much as it is now if it was only a home console.
