I actually haven’t heard this suggestion before. Most assume a handheld only because that is where Nintendo is most successful and what makes Switch so appealing, but with the successfulness so far, this wouldn’t be a bad option in the future. I doubt they would want to stray that far from their original concept though. Definitely an interesting take. 

I'm not saying it will happen, but if they were to make a non-hybrid SKU, a home console one makes more sense than a portable one imo.
