It is always upsetting when someone dies. But, I find it strange that her death is getting significant attention. She was moderately famous 20 years ago. In fact, I never even knew her name until yesterday - and I owned two Cranberries albums back in the day.

They were quite up there in popularity. The Cranberries had three #1 multi-platinum (and Diamond certified) albums in the 90s. Zombie was one of the biggest songs of the 1990s; a smash hit single off of a smash hit album (No Need to Argue). Their earlier work with Linger and Dreams became two of the most significant sleeper hits of the decade and were omnipresent on the radio just about worldwide.

I describe myself as a little dose of toxic masculinity.
