So yeah, basically, predict what you expect for Bayonetta 3 lifetime on the Switch, and also the first 2 games. The first Bayonetta shipped a total of 1.35 million on 360 and PS3 by the end of March 2010. It also sold over 400,000 units on Steam

We never got concrete sales figure for Bayonetta 2 worldwide, however, we have enought data for know that the game failed to sell 1 million, with only 60,000 units sold in Japan, and 182,000 units sold in USA as for November 2015 at retail.

 

Personally, i expect Bayonetta 3 to be WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY bigger than Bayonetta 2 free. We saw a lot of Switch games having a huge boost for the series they are from, and honestly, i think Bayonetta will be the next one. Bayonetta in Super Smash Bros Wii U and 3DS is also a thing for sure, and she will surely back in Smash Switch.

 

Opinion? I will go with:

 

  • 1.50 million for Bayonetta 3
  • 1.00 million for Bayonetta 1 and 2
