Well you can't blame them. Nintendo was definitely out of it during the Wii U era.

That backs his point, GC and Wii U were the two times Nintendo tried following what everyone else was saying they should do hence the was a a far more positive outlook from the same group of people on those platforms yet they bombed, the second Nintendo went back to doing things their own way with DS, Wii and now Switch is when people reverted back to doom and gloom yet the platforms knocked it out the park.
