If Sony makes a "Playstation Switch" could it succeed?

Your examples are broken. Those three games are perfect for on the go. These are the kinds of games that make me want a PS4 Phone/PS4 Portable. Horizon is a title that you can sink hours into level grinding, collecting, crafting, and just exploring in general. Uncharted multiplayer anywhere I can get a Mobile or Wifi connection, sign me up right now. Infamous, just like Horizon is a massive open world, full of exploration, level grinding, collecting, creating, and sharing.

It is absolutely hilarious that Horizon is your example, because it has been one of my most Remote Played games on Vita during my lunch breaks this year. It works great, because even when I have truoble getting a good connection, I am still able to explore. Works much better than trying to play something like MLB The Show, Wipeout, or Everybodys Golf, all titles which PS Vita versions, but would be much better with the full console version on a PS4 Portable. 

How can people honestly think that Call of Duty, GTA, Fifa, or any other major online game would not be massively desireable on a PlayStation 4 Portable device with a 4G or 5G connection? 

If Sony makes a 4G or 5G PlayStation Phone that is 1 to 1 a PS4 (games, services, full PSN, HDMI out, PSVR), it will be a massive hit. If Sony decides from the start to make PlayStation 5 available as a Phone/Switch + Traditional Console Form Factor, it will be massively successful. 

I have been saying it all along. The Handheld is not dieing, it is Sony and Nintendos unwillingness to embrace the absolute minimum requirements of a mobile device that has hurt the Vita, the DS, and will eventually see the Switch loose its steam. You have to offer a connected device without artificial limitations. Once Sony or Nintendo offer a Handhled that has calling and text, and doesn't limit your downloads to 20MB it is going to spark another disruption in the mobile space.
