Mario was almost certainly started as a wii u game scince development began way before the switch was even a thing or its hardware (tegra x1) existed.
IDK about Xenoblade.
Arms might be one of the only really made for switch games scince its preetty obviously easy, fast and cheap to make and far away from a aaa game.
I do own a switch, still no reason to not talk about facts and how poorly nintendo always treat their "old" consoles as soon as a new is on the horizon, especially compared to sony. As soon as the switchs successor is around the corner, expect the switch to be dropped just like the wii and wii u again.
