Cyber Monday is typically the 1st or 2nd biggest shopping day of the year for gaming so alot of Xbox's could have been sold that day, giving it a sizeable leg up on PS4 for month -XB1 was $200 for almost all of December, while PS4 was $250 for 2 weeks of the month then went back up to $300. -Sony went with SW Battlefront 2 for their main Holiday bundle, which ended up being a mistake since the lootbox controversy damaged SW Battlefront 2 sales potential quite alot. They should have bundled CoD WW2 instead. |
Guessing whether the PS4 or the XB1 won #2 was a crapshoot, as well, considering that Benji said multiple times that it could go either away.
