Those are numbers posted by BOM. They only post official numbers. If a studio doesn't give them official numbers, or they don't have a reliable source, they leave the budget as N/A.
To believe a source from Wikipedia, that was just a number thrown out from a person who's just a writer for Wired trying to defend the movie's performance, over official sources is being selective and biased.
